From November 2022 to May 2023, I was an Associate Product Designer at Aritzia LP and worked on their e-commerce site Aritzia.com . I was a part of the Account team that was responsible for customer retention and communication. During my time there I worked on customer profile deletion, authentication/login and Profile.

My responsibilities included but were not limited to:

RESEARCH: 

​

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design user interfaces for the authentication and account experience of Aritzia.com.

- Collaborated with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience.

- Assisted in updating product listings, optimizing content, and improving website navigation to drive engagement and conversion rates.

- Conducted competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and benchmark the company's online presence.

 

- Provided recommendations for improving the website's user experience, visual presentation, and content strategy.

- Gained valuable knowledge and insight into trends and customer behavior to make strategic decisions on how the product is arranged on the site to maximize sales.

- Created wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes on Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows.

- Worked closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.

- Participated in product planning meetings, providing input on user experience strategies and requirements.
