Chaos Club Digital : Black Lotus Stage Installation Concept

Chaos Club Digital is a record label and creative lab based in Vancouver that manages a few local rappers and musicians. One of the artists, Boslen 's newest album is called Black Lotus.

As Boslen was gearing up for the summer tour of his album, our team was discussing on ways we can create a stage show stopping set for him to interact with.

Since Black lotus is his album's name, I came up with an idea of a lotus installation modelled after "blooming flower" toys for him to sit within and emerge from. I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to model and render the concept to scale.

I also modeled a CNC mold that would be used to vacuum form the petals to construct the curve.
