Redesigning the entire My Account space was a large initiative taken on by the team for Aritiza.com to create a hub for the customer to gain inspiration and engage with the brand. I was given the responsibility to support the redesign by doing the Profile Tab.

Why should they redesign "My Account"?

Why should we redesign "Profile"?

Before beginning explorations, we created two IA maps that helped organize all the profile actions visually.

I took all the design iterations and conducted a user-test of these screens along with the rest of the account pages. These were the results that came out of that test:

This was the final iteration that came out of user testing the design. This is a final layout using IA #1 which has less information overload on the page and allow the customer to go into each account action and edit/view their details.
